Expert preparers roast sesame obtained piecemeal from trusted producers in accordance with weather and humidity conditions, using all five senses and never leaving the process for even a moment. They wash the first-pressed product from a traditional compression process in hot water, remove the sediment, carefully let it sit, and then boil it in a wood-fired cauldron.
No extracted chemicals or bleaches are used, and the finished sesame oil is ready in about a month. This sesame oil is so good it is drinkable.
Expert’s comment: This sesame seed oil is stubbornly infused with the uncompromising philosophy of its creator, who regained his health thanks to macrobiotics: “To create food products that are useful to the world.” It is light and fragrant, and like extra-virgin olive oil, is also delicious when poured on salads and pastas.
