The Yomiuri Shimbun New footage of the giant panda cub Xiang Xiang and its mother Shin Shin was unveiled Monday by Ueno Zoo in Tokyo’s Taito Ward as the cub turned 110 days old.
Xiang Xiang has stronger legs now and can wobble around the room. As of Sept. 30, she weighed 6.9 kilograms and was 68 centimeters tall, up 0.9 kilograms and three centimeters from 10 days before. Xiang Xiang’s molars and other teeth are coming in, joining her already-grown canines. [Released on October 2, 2017]
