Using Miyazaki Jitokko, a specialty chicken breed proudly from Miyazaki Prefecture, and filled with specially curated ingredients that include 10 grain rice and homemade rice malt from Kyushu, this is a first-rate glutinous chicken rice dumpling.
As reflected in the use of 10 grain rice, the keyword in the development of this product was health. As chicken tenderloin and breast from the Miyazaki Jitokko is used, it is high in protein and low in calories.
Adding to the meat’s flavor, the yellow pickled radish salted in rice bran for three years of lactic fermentation brings out a pleasant taste. There is no use of preservatives or chemical seasonings.
It is also appealing how it can be conveniently enjoyed straight away just by warming it slightly. It has won the grand prix of “The Undiscovered Gems of Japan” in the Miyazaki Tournament, as well as the cooking section grand prix in the Japan Tournament, and second place in the World Tournament. There is no pork in this product.
